以(yi)壹個(ge)典(dian)型的(de)化(hua)學反(fan)應(ying)釜(fu)秤(cheng)量(liang)為例,安裝在反應(ying)釜(fu)底部(bu)的三(san)個(ge)壓(ya)式(shi)稱(cheng)重(zhong)模塊將釜(fu)體(ti)的(de)重(zhong)量(liang)信(xin)號(hao)傳(chuan)至(zhi)接(jie)線盒(he)。接(jie)線盒(he)中(zhong)並(bing)聯各(ge)路(lu)稱(cheng)重(zhong)模塊信(xin)號(hao),並(bing)可根據(ju)各(ge)稱(cheng)重(zhong)模塊受載(zai)情(qing)況調節角(jiao)差,經過匯(hui)集後的重(zhong)量(liang)信(xin)號(hao)送(song)至(zhi)稱(cheng)重(zhong)端(duan)或(huo)重(zhong)量(liang)變送(song)器。稱(cheng)重(zhong)終端(duan)或(huo)重(zhong)量(liang)變送(song)器將重(zhong)量(liang)信(xin)號(hao)處(chu)理成相(xiang)應(ying)的重(zhong)量(liang)數據。
